How to delete " unable to delete " files in windows 7


Steps :

There are many ways to approach that problem. You can try them one by one.

1) Try moving deleting via the command prompt. Click on Start orb, type cmd, then double click on the
     result.
    Navigate to the directory where the file is located and use the del command to delete or copy command to
    copy it to a different place.

2) Try moving/deleting in safe mode. To get into safe mode you need to tap F8 repeatedly at boot.

3) You can use 3rd party tools like Unlocker or Lockhunter to unlock the files, then try moving/deleting.
 Using Lockhunter 

 First intall lockhunter.
 Right Click on the file to delete and select Lockhunter


Now you will see a window like below. It shows what is locking the file  and have an option to delete it


Also you can right click on the process locking the file and will see a sub menu like below


  Now you can unlock the selected process and then close the lockhunter and manully delete file.


  Also by choosing the "Delete it" option you can delete it very easily.


   So file got successfully deleted .
