Every blogger wants their name displayed in google search engine results . This is the simplest method for that purpose.
Steps :
1) Replace Blogger Profile With Google+ Profile
Go to this Link
Now scroll down and accept their terms and conditions by ticking on the check box
Hit the Switch Now button and you redirect to another page
Here you have to select the blogs to add to Google+ about page,select your main blogs and finally hit the
ADD BLOGS buttons.
2) Adding Google Plus Profile Link In Blogger Template
Go to Blogger Dashboard
Go to Design
Go to Edit HTML and select Expand Widget Templates
Now find for below tag in your template

Add below code just below of above code
<link href='https://plus.google.com/117876729556457975566' rel='author'/>
Replace 117876729556457975566 with your Google + profile ID.
Find your Google Plus ID
3) Adding Google+ Profile Link In About Us Page
Now add below link in about us page.

On Google+</a>
Replace 117876729556457975566 with your Google + profile ID.
Save the template .
4) Testing Your Settings
Now go to Rich Snippets Tool page. or Here
Enter blog URL and hit the Preview button.
You will see something like this on your rich snippets tool
Now allow 48 hours or more for Google web-crawlers to crawl your pages again, so that the your profile pic. start appearing.It can also take even more than 48 hours sometimes.
Note :
If this again doesn't show your picture due to ownership problemns then please do this
Link to your website from your Google+ page's profile.
To edit your page profile:
Make sure you're on the Google+ page you'd like to edit.
Click the profile icon .
Click Edit Profile.
Click Website. You'll know it's editable when the color of the section changes to blue.
Type your homepage URL. This should match exactly the URL of the page to which you added your
Google+ page link
Click Save.
